Who We Are. Get To Know Us Before We Do Your Hair.

We are a small group of professional cosmetologists.


Our mission is to provide a relaxing, enjoyable, professional salon experience while providing great customer service in a friendly and clean environment.

We offer waxing, manicures, pedicures, and full family hair design.

Alter Professional Salon was first opened in November 2000 in the Georgetown North area by Jennifer Miguel. In October of 2009, Alter was moved to the beautiful Woodland Plaza off Coldwater Road just south of Dupont Road. The new location is now a full service Salon.

Alter Professional Salon is an independent salon. Payment for individual services and retail is made directly to the technician. All technicians accept cash and personal checks. Please check with your technician to see if they accept credit card.
